Training video pilots start with an approved script

What happened

Synthesia’s published Heineken case describes using localised video for continuous-improvement training and updating videos by editing the script. This is a source-reviewed case briefing; the reviewed page did not state a publication date.

Why it matters

The reusable lesson is script ownership, local review and controlled updates. A small pilot should test one module’s accuracy and learner comprehension. Faster video production is not by itself proof of better learning.
