What published examples can teach you.

Three external AI workflows, with a practical lesson and a clear limit.

These organisations are not presented as Ultimate Vision Ltd clients. The examples come from company or vendor publications reviewed on 29 September 2026. Provider claims have not been independently reproduced.

Klarna: customer support with a human route

Klarna company announcement, 27 February 2024

The workflow

Klarna describes an assistant handling support topics including refunds and returns, with customers able to choose a live agent.

What the source reports

The company reported that the assistant handled two-thirds of customer service chats in its first month. This is a historical company claim, not an independently measured result here.

A useful pilot lesson

Define which questions the assistant may answer and when to hand over. Test refunds, failed lookups and a direct request for a human.

What it does not prove

A large financial services deployment does not establish demand, costs or results for a small-business pilot. The announcement does not establish current performance.

Ryanair: approved scripts for training and passenger updates

Synthesia customer case study; publication date not stated in the reviewed page

The workflow

The vendor describes instructor avatars for engineering training and templated videos for passenger disruption communications.

What the source reports

The case reports faster video production and localisation, with quotes from named Ryanair staff. We have not independently tested those claims or reproduced the reported savings.

A useful pilot lesson

Start with one approved training script or passenger update template. Check the voice, translation, consent and factual details before release.

What it does not prove

A vendor-selected enterprise case does not measure comprehension, conversion or the economics of your own offer.

Heineken: localised training that can be updated

Synthesia customer case study; publication date not stated in the reviewed page

The workflow

The vendor describes a Heineken training manager replacing generic English slide decks with localised videos about continuous improvement.

What the source reports

The case highlights easier script updates and delivery in employees’ preferred languages. We omit audience figures because different sections of the source use different totals.

A useful pilot lesson

Keep the approved master script and a translation reviewer. Test a short module with learners before expanding the library.

What it does not prove

Ease of production is not proof of learning effectiveness. The article provides no independent small-business cost benchmark.
