1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone using the website aigoldrush.co.uk ("the site"), operated by Ultimate Vision Ltd, company number 14613662, registered in England and Wales, registered office Office 4 Kingsway North, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, NE11 0JH, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. What the site is

AI Gold Rush publishes editorial content about opportunities to make money using AI tools, alongside tool listings, industry pages, short news items ("nuggets"), and forms for newsletter signup, service enquiries and waitlists. The content is for general information only and is not personalised advice for your specific circumstances.

3. Not financial or professional advice

Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and nothing constitutes a guarantee or promise of income or results. See our full disclaimer. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking independent advice where appropriate.

4. Accuracy of content

We try to keep opportunity pages, tool listings and pricing information accurate and up to date, and we link to sources where we make a specific factual claim. Third-party tools, pricing and terms change, and we cannot guarantee that everything on the site is current at the moment you read it. Always check a provider's own website before relying on pricing or features.

5. Gold Score

The Gold Score shown on opportunity pages is an editorial indicator of our own judgement, not a scientific measurement, a recommendation, or a prediction of income. See our methodology page for how it is calculated.

6. Affiliate links and sponsorship

Some links on the site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labelled "Affiliate link". Some content may be sponsored, and is always labelled "Sponsored". Sponsorship never changes an opportunity's Gold Score. See our affiliate disclosure and advertising disclosure.

7. The build-for-me service

Enquiries submitted through the site for the build-for-me service are the start of a conversation, not a binding order. Any package price shown on the site is a starting ("from") price for the scope described and is confirmed in writing before any paid work begins. Service delivery is governed by a separate agreement between you and Ultimate Vision Ltd, agreed before work starts.

8. Playbooks and Pro

Playbooks and the Pro radar are not available for purchase at this time. Waitlist forms register your interest only; no payment is taken and submitting a waitlist form creates no obligation on either side.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including not attempting to submit forms in bulk, not attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its data, and not using the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The site's text, design and branding are owned by Ultimate Vision Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish substantial parts of the site without our permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including any decision to pursue an opportunity described on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
